Using sophisticated Computer equipment, which includes:
MCA Computer Analyser:
This Tuner is basically an IBM PC. It
carries out an automated test, taking approximately half an hour.
After processing the data, it produces a report that enables the
technician to rectify faults and tune the engine for optimum performance
and economy. It can pinpoint such things as fuelling and ignition
faults, and carries out a compression test, to check the mechanical
integrity of the engine. The tuner can also test charging and starting
circuits, and an MOT emission test, to ensure vehicles comply with
current legislation.
We can also test Catalytic converters
for efficiency, and correct operation.
Portable Diagnostic Equipment
A PORTABLE laptop computer, to enable fault
code retrieval and road test Data logging. It is similar to the
Vehicle Manufacturer’s testers, but has the software for a
wide range of vehicles and vehicle systems. Among the many systems
we can test and diagnose:
- Engine management, including the EOBD emission diagnostics.
- Antilock/ antiskid braking systems and traction control.
- Airbags and SRS systems, including seatbelt pretensioners.
- Electronic transmission control.
- Climate control.
- Digital dash diagnostics on some manufacturer's systems

Commercial Vehicle maintenance and
PSV safety inspections:
jWe have a number of accounts
with distribution companies and Minibus operators, to look
after their fleets. We are well equipped to ensure that the
vehicles are off the road for as short a time possible. Ensuring
that these companies can service their own customers efficiently.
We carry out DOT approved safety inspections on public service
vehicles and minibuses, and we have maintenance contracts
in place.

Air Conditioning Repairs and Service:
Virtually all-modern cars now have Air conditioning
systems fitted. We have the equipment to recharge A/C systems, and
can carry out repairs and diagnosis. This service should be carried
out at least Bi-annually to maintain peak system efficiency. We
can service both old and new vehicles; we also have a new environmentally
friendly Gas to recharge pre- ’93 cars.
In addition to the above services, we also
offer a Ultra-violet leak detection test, to pinpoint and repair
leakage.
Engine repairs and engineering work:
We are able to carry out major and minor engine
repairs, to modern vehicles i.e. Head gasket repairs, timing belt
failures etc. We are also able to machine and reclaim damaged parts,
sometimes saving hundreds of pounds on new parts!
Auto electrics and wiring repairs:
We are able to diagnose and rectify wiring faults
on a wide range of vehicles, from simple fault tracing, to fuse
box replacement.
Performance Tuning:
Being motorsports enthusiasts, we also enjoy
modifying and preparing High-performance and Racecars for our customers;
especially the Ford Cosworth and ranges. We carry out various modifications,
and have produced road cars with power levels in excess of 500BHP
